NEXT WALK - Oxwich Head, Three Cliffs and Gower Backbone - Saturday, May 4th

There has been a change of plan. The cost of the train is quite high £14.90 to get to Pembroke/Tenby, so we'll be running an alternative hike on the Gower instead. This will be by public bus (No. 118), so the normal pickup points/times don't apply.

The route will start from Port-Eynon and take in Oxwich Head, and Beach before travelling inland along Cefn Bryn which gives views over all of Gower.

If you want to come along, you'll need to catch the 118 as it travels along Gower Road. It leaves Swansea Bus Station at 9.05am, will be in Uplands at 9.14, Sketty at 9.18 and HSV at 9.22am. It may be several minutes early!! The return is by the same bus, so you can get off where you got on. Return to Swansea will probably be either 4ish or 5ish.

For more information, please checkout our website here or our facebook page here.

Please remember to bring the hiking basics of food, drink, waterproof jacket, warm layers etc on all day hikes. We aim to return to Swansea by 7-8pm.

We have walk sign-ups every Wednesday and Friday 12:30-1:30pm on the Coffee side of JCs. Come along and join us, they're also perfect for mini-socials!
